If you prefer to host the system using your own Windows web server and database we offer a range of packages, from the Free Razordesk 3U for small IT concerns to the Enterprise Edition Razordesk 999U to suite larger companies and IT departments.
Installation takes just minutes, all you need is a web server and access to MS SQL2000 database or higher. All self-installed packages include free 14 days of support to cover installation issues. Optionally purchase Extended on-line Support and, for larger installations, a fully outsourced Premium Support solution whereby we manage your Razordesk remotely via Terminal Services. The extra support packages give you access to of hot fixes and discounts on new features as and when they come available.
Purchase optional extras for your Razordesk. Inbound Email Integration allows your key clients to communicate with the portal via email. The Charting option adds useful informative graphs at key locations; lets you see at an instant how well you are performing. The Download Distribution Tab manages software versions and documentation, letting you choose which of your customers has access to selected files.
